Where You Are & Where You're Going

This takes about 30 minutes. Take your time, don't rush it, the more honest and specific you are here, the more useful this is for both of us. Everything you enter is saved automatically as you go, so if you need to stop and come back, you won't lose anything.

One heads up before you start: this form is easier to fill out on a laptop or iPad since there's a fair amount of writing involved. There's one section where you'll need a few screenshots from your Instagram app on your phone (we'll tell you exactly which ones and how to get them when you get there). If you're not on your phone when you reach that part, just take the screenshots on your phone, then text or AirDrop them to whatever device you're using for the form. Your answers save automatically on this device and browser as you go, but they won't carry over if you switch devices partway through, so it's worth starting on the device you plan to finish on.
Before You Start

A Couple Quick Details

This is where we'll send your copy of everything you submit.
Section 1

The Target

This is the sentence we're going to come back to in three months. Whatever you write here is what we're building toward, and it's also how we'll know it worked. Don't write what you think I want to hear. Write what would actually make this feel worth it to you.

Right now, my monthly take-home income is about . In 3 months, I want it to be .
Section 2

The Numbers

This is your baseline. We'll come back to these exact numbers three months from now to see how far you've come.

Nobody's judging you for where you're at right now — every artist starts somewhere, and that's the whole reason we're working together. What matters is that these numbers are real. An honest number I can actually build a plan around is worth more to you than a flattering one that isn't true. If you're not sure, guess low and say so.

Instagram screenshot instructions
  1. Open Instagram on your phone and go to your profile
  2. Take a full, uncropped screenshot of your profile page (should show your follower count and 30 day views). Don't crop or edit any of the screenshots you upload for this form.
  3. Then tap on "Professional dashboard"
  4. Tap "Views"
  5. Tap the date range dropdown and select "Last 90 days"
  6. You'll see cards for Views, Net Followers, and Interactions. Swipe left to see each one, and take a screenshot of each card individually (3 screenshots total)
  7. Either AirDrop or send the photos to the device you're using to fill out this form, and upload them below (1 profile + 3 dashboard, 4 total)
Tell me how far out you're solidly booked, whether there are gaps in that window, and whether it varies by day (e.g. weekends full, weekdays open). Example: "Solid booked 3 weeks, then 1-2 appointments for the next 2 weeks, mostly on weekends."
If you don't track this exactly, give me your best educated guess, that's completely fine. A rough estimate is far more useful to us than leaving it blank.
Section 3

How You Operate

To better understand how I can help you, I need to know how you operate when faced with challenges. I won't lie, there will be challenges and breakdowns over the next 3 months. Your answers here will tell me how we can turn them into breakthroughs.

Section 4

Constraints

A plan that fits your actual life beats a perfect plan you can't execute. I'd rather know your real limits now than watch you fall behind on something that was never realistic in the first place. We'll adapt our work to fit your circumstances. Life will keep on "lifeing," but we won't let it stop us from getting you where you want to go.

Tell me about it, even if it feels unrelated to tattooing. This kind of thing is often the most interesting part of your content, not a side note.
Section 5

Why This Matters

This is the big picture. Everything we do over the next three months ripples out into the rest of your life, and I want both of us to be clear on exactly what that ripple looks like for you and for the people around you.

Be as specific as possible. Avoid vague words like "more" and "better." Include at least one thing you would buy, one thing you would stop doing, and one other person whose life changes.
Write in first person, as the version of yourself who has already done it. These don't have to be tattoo or business related, anything in your life counts. Write as many as you can possibly think of. This is an opportunity to brag. Don't play small. Don't hold anything back. Short example: "I just bought my dream house in the country, 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with tons of windows and natural light. It's on five acres, and we have a greenhouse too. I started another business outside of tattooing and it's generating $10,000 per month, so now I can take the kids to Disney World for 2 weeks every year."
You'll get a copy of everything you wrote emailed to you right after you submit.

Got it. Nice work.

Check your email in the next few minutes for a formatted copy of everything you submitted. I'll be reviewing this before our first call.
